At Esybee, we believe that the best way to create an outstanding Learning Management System (LMS) is to listen to those who use it daily. That’s why our dedicated team embarked on a global usability study across three countries and two continents to gather valuable insights from teachers, parents, and students. The goal? To make Esybee the most user-centric and effective LMS available.

The study took place in Kosovo, Bulgaria, and Nigeria, where participants had the opportunity to explore Esybee by navigating its main user flows. Teachers assessed how well the platform supported lesson planning and student management, parents evaluated how it connected them to their children’s progress, and students tested its functionality and ease of use.

As a result, we received 155 completed digital surveys filled with detailed feedback. The answers have provided us with a wealth of insights, helping us better understand the needs and expectations of our diverse user base. After a thorough analysis, our team has developed a clear and actionable plan for further improvements.

This user-driven approach ensures that Esybee evolves to meet the needs of its users, making it not only a tool but a vital part of their educational journey. We are now focused on refining key features and introducing updates that will make Esybee even more intuitive, engaging, and impactful.

What’s Next? The journey doesn’t stop here. To ensure Esybee caters to an even broader audience, our next usability studies are set to take place in Cabo Verde and Angola.
